Learning and Organizational Development Manager
In this role, you will assess the region’s performance and organizational needs. You will also be responsible for leading the design of appropriate training and organizational programs and responses, organizing and aligning the department’s resources, delivering appropriate interventions and solutions, and evaluating services for continuous improvement. Other duties include coordinating work in an array of different areas including but not limited to change management, focusing particularly on national and regional efforts; focusing on moving teams to higher levels of performance; succession planning; performance management; leadership and employee development, and regional educational programs.

| Requirements |
-
At least five years of experience in training, organizational effectiveness and development, change management, and performance management initiatives
- Three years of management/supervisory experience leading a team of OD/OE/Adult Learning professionals while also demonstrating leadership, team building, and coaching skills
- A bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree is preferred
- Extensive experience in curriculum design and delivery in the areas of leadership and employee development. Curriculum design background includes classroom and e-learning, and utilization of appropriate measurements and metrics for training activities
- Previous experience in managing or developing performance management systems and resources, competency models, and associated training
- Experience in group facilitation, coaching, and leading teams/organizations in performance improvement strategies that result in higher performance
- Previous experience participating in the development of strategies and action plans in response to employee satisfaction/engagement surveys
- Experience in the development of strategy and communication around large organizational change initiatives
- Demonstrated project management skills that meet projected deadline, budget, and results
