Responsibilities
The HR Director will provide direction and oversight for human resource programs and activities related to supporting any combination of the following HR functions including:
• Talent Acquisition, compensation, management, executive coaching, change management, and support of strategic business objectives.
• This individual must have the ability to influence and implement HR projects to completion with a global approach.
• Must be able to flexibly work with various job levels and projects and interact with a diverse group of individuals and personalities across business lines.
• Will support multiple locations and must be able to work independently in a fast paced environment. |

| Requirements |
Qualifications.
• Graduate of accredited college or university with a degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Business, or Psychology preferred. Master’s degree a plus but not required.
• Broad HR generalist experience with an emphasis in OD
• Strategic thinker and strong influencing skills
• Strong recruiting/staffing experience
• Flexibility and consultative approach
• Extensive executive coaching skills
• Strong team leadership and management experience
•Agency and international experience are a significant advantage.
•The candidate must be able to work successfully in a highly dynamic environment, across multiple teams, and in concert with multiple decision makers; and make quick and confident decisions and feel comfortable setting the pace, especially if/when clients are unable to do so themselves.
•The ability to form solid partnerships with clients is a key trait, as is the ability to clearly communicate and guide outcomes through effective written, verbal and in-person interactions.
•The ability to handle intense deadline pressure, prioritize multiple tasks, and manage stress are very important.
• 10 plus years of progressive leadership experience in HR positions, preferably in a similar face paced environment.
