Looking for a place where you can truly make an impact? Where you can implement your ideas? Where the only constant is change? Then we may have something for you.
Willamette Dental is on the leading edge of dentistry. Maybe you’ve heard the latest buzzword in healthcare: evidence-based medicine. Well, when it comes to evidence-based dentistry we’ve been there for years—well before it was popular (even when it was unpopular!). And now we’re ready to take it to the next level.
To get there, we need to take our workforce to the next level—and that includes benefits. We’re asking, “How can benefits help us attract and retain the workforce of the future?” We’ll need you to help us answer that question.
We’re looking for someone who can take their expertise in employee benefits to help us attract and retain the optimal workforce. This role is both strategic and hands-on. With the help of an assistant, you’ll identify benefits needs, make recommendations, and implement changes. And yes, there will still be the day-to-day administration of benefits programs that you’ll oversee. Internal customer service is very important.
