| Position Summary |
HR - Compensation Analyst (part-time)
Under the direction of the Compensation and Benefits Manager this position will work collaboratively with two other journey-level, part-time Compensation Analysts to provide compensation expertise and support to management and non-management employees across the district. Requires: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis. Two years as a journey-level Compensation Analyst in Human Resources required; past experience in point-factor evaluation systems required.Part-time schedule: 8 hrs per day Monday-Thursday.
